Lanis started his career as a Paramedic, working his way from field medic to management. In 1998, he co-founded Pharma-Safe in an effort to provide unparalleled medical and safety equipment to the industrial market – specifically oil and gas. Since 2010, Lanis has taken an active role in being an Oil and Gas Lobbyist, advising on policy issues and works to favorably impact policy decisions relating to the offshore industry.
Doug started out as a Paramedic working ground ambulance operations as well as working offshore as a paramedic, safety technician and clerk. He has served as the Global Safety Manager for construction and fabrication companies – managing safety programs and training for more than 2,000 employees. Doug joined Pharma-Safe in 2007 and continues to grow and strengthen Pharma-Safe’s reputation and presence in the marketplace

Bo brings more than 40 years of experience to the company and, in his role as General Counsel, has operational oversight for legal, risk management, human resources, compliance and IT. His experience as a risk analyst, insurance broker, litigator, compliance officer and general counsel for publicly traded companies makes him an invaluable asset to the Pharma-Safe team.
Medical Operations Manager (MOM)
Eric’s Paramedic career started in 1995 in Tuskegee Al., where he worked for a rural 911 service. His EMS career included firefighter, rescue, HAZMAT, and critical care transfer. In 1998 he discovered the Offshore Oil & Gas Industry and began working in the Gulf of Mexico and Internationally as an HSE Paramedic. Additionally, Eric has worked as a Roustabout, Roughneck, Safety Training Supervisor, and HSE Advisor. In that time, he has worked on Penrod & Letourneau Jack-ups, Tension Leg Platforms, Semisubmersibles, Production platforms, facilities, & Spars, Work/Lift Boats, Seismic Vessels, ROV Vessels, and Drill ships. Eric became a Registered Nurse in 2012 and has since worked to push the boundaries of industrial medicine in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
